I always joke that all good love stories start at church, because that’s where Daniel and I met. However, this is true for Jamie and Emily as well! Emily’s sister was Jamie’s boss at their church’s summer camp. One day Emily came to visit and everyone said they would make the perfect couple! Jamie decided to make the first move and after an eleven second phone call, their first date was set. It didn’t take long for them to realize that everyone was right – they did make a great couple!
Five years later, he proposed in his parents’ backyard. This summer he put a ring on it and they are planning their wedding at Glenn Ellen Farm next fall. After seeing how in love and adorable these two are, I am counting down the days until I get to photograph them again! I mean I couldn’t get enough! Every time they looked at each other they couldn’t help but smile. Emily fits in Jamie’s arms effortlessly. All three of us couldn’t stop laughing for a full hour!
There is something special about a couple that loves each other, loves the Lord, and that love spills out to everyone around them. I am honored to be part of a little piece of their love story. Thank you so much Jamie and Emily for choosing me to giggle alongside you two on your wedding day!
