Gloria and Brandon could not have been more happy and positive this morning, despite being engaged and planning their wedding through a global pandemic! I met them in DC for some gorgeous sunrise photos on the National Mall, where they proved to me that they are natural models. Brandon lived in Texas, so he just came in town for their wedding on Saturday! I am so glad we were able to squeeze in their engagement session just a few days before their wedding! We were able to give them some time to snuggle up and relax before the big day. I have been excited for their wedding since Gloria first reached out to me because her taste is the epitome of sophisticated and elegance. I know I’m getting ahead of myself, but stay tuned for the blog about their wedding coming next week!
Gloria and Brandon met four years ago at an Asian American Pacific Islander conference in DC, and the rest is history! I am sure these two are forever grateful to the family friend that set them up that night 😛 It was basically love at first sight for both of them. Brandon said he met her and immediately knew she was the one. I mean, I have goose bumps y’all!! He proposed back around Thanksgiving and of course, she said YES! They have not only been planning a wedding during COVID times, but they also have been planning while being long distance. Brandon has been living in Texas. Gloria is one of the most laid back brides ever, and Brandon loves her so well. Both of them are insanely natural in front of the camera! They seriously could be in a magazine. Since they met in the nation’s capital, these photos will forever hold a special place in their hearts. I am counting the hours until their wedding on Saturday!
What lovely couple! Looking back at pictures I have of Brandon as a kid and now as a man, I am so proud of him for all he has accomplished. Taking this next step in life, I wish the couple forever happiness. Gloria, welcome to the family! I can’t wait to meet you.
With love,
Kit
