After lots and lots of rescheduling, I finally got Dani and Rob in front of my camera this morning! Perks of a sunrise session? There is a chance you can be on the blog the very same day! Plus, it was as cool as it could be for July in Maryland. Even though I had never met these two in person before today, I felt like we were already best friends when they walked up. That is the magic of Marie Medina Couples! It helps that we have been talking for months and trying to get this session on the books! The icing on the cake? They brought me a gift at their session! I mean, I know I’m hormonal right now but that is just so dang sweet. I need August to hurry up and get here so I can photograph them again!
They met 6 years ago at an engagement party (foreshadowing?!) but didn’t really start dating until Halloween two years later. Maybe Halloween is the new Valentine’s Day? They have been inseparable ever since. And honestly, after spending just one hour with both of them I can see how easy it would be to fall in love with them! They are genuine, kind, goofy people who bring out the best in one another. Rob even included Dani’s goddaughter in his proposal this past fall! It doesn’t get much cuter than that y’all! Now they have two dogs and are already living their fairytale ending!
Planning a wedding during COVID is no joke, but Dani and Rob are handling it so well. Their venue, Wyndridge Farm, is open for 200 people on their wedding date in August so we are all holding out hope that everything will go off without a hitch! I am so ready to celebrate with these two cuties as they become husband and wife. It will be a day for the ages!
