Brit + Drew | A Sunset Engagement on the Chesapeake Bay

HOLY. WOW.

I met up with Britney and Drew last night at Matapeake Beach on the Bay and instantly fell in love with them. They scouted this location and it was PERFECT. The super cotton candy sunset over the Bay Bridge definitely didn’t hurt 😀

Britney needs to start a styling business because her eye for not just their clothes, but make up, location, and accessories is incredible! She is detail oriented and full of giggles, which makes her the perfect #MMPBride! And she is all about supporting other boss babes out there, making me love her even more. I seriously cannot wait to see all the details of her wedding next June. Drew is one of the kindest, most gentlemanly guys I’ve ever had as a #MMPGroom. Plus, he was a natural model! I wouldn’t even need to explain poses…he just knew exactly what to do! I need to start bringing him along to all my sessions to help explain better than I can. And the best part about both of them? They are completely, insanely in love with one another!

These two met in a college geography class, where Brit maaayy have had a little bit of a crush on him because she found a way to sit next to him every day. When the class was over, they never thought they’d see each other again. Famous last words! They reconnected on Tinder a few years later when Brit was checking out the app. Luckily, she did because Drew had transferred schools! Now they are engaged and will become husband and wife in June! It makes sense they wanted a Chesapeake beach vibe for their engagement session because they are getting married on the bay. I think the mix of casual beach with the elegant mansion because the future Mr. and Mrs. Tomlin is relaxed and classical all at the same time!

Scroll to see the many, MANY sneak peeks from last night’s magic!
