Rachel and Nate | A Downtown Washington DC Engagement with the Monuments

Last night I met Rachel and Nate down in DC for their engagement session at the Lincoln Memorial and y’all….WOW! It was such a gorgeous night and the sun stayed in the sky just long enough for us to get some dreamy portraits. Despite the hoards of people around, these two did an amazing job and are such naturals in front of the camera! Also, they are some of the funniest people I have ever met sooooo naturally we had a blast. I always appreciate when my couples put up with my craziness 🙂

Rachel & Nate get married NEXT MONTH and it is going to be so gorgeous. Their love story began when Nate stayed at a hotel where Rachel worked, so it’s safe to say his business trip was a success! They love history, hiking, and their fur babies (who will have to make an appearance at our next session!). It was so obvious that they are madly in love since most of the kissing photos were unprompted and they couldn’t stop laughing and joking around…aka they are my kind of couple! Anyway, I’ll stop rambling about how much I love them and let you see some of their stunning portraits!
