It has been almost a year and a half since I got to photograph the Laiakis family! After their session last spring, I starting counting down until I could see them again. Once you see their little girl, Athena’s, smile you will see why. She is just too cute! And I am happy to report that in the last year and a half she has stayed adorable, and added a whole lot of sass to her personality! Getting to see my families grow year after year is one of my favorite parts of my job.
Speaking of growing families, this session was a two in one. Stacey and Dimitris are expecting their second child, a baby boy, in January! We were able to combine family and maternity photos into one big session. Plus, being pregnant alongside my clients makes it way more interesting. None of us can breathe the whole time 😂 I don’t know how Stacey did it, but she planned everyone’s outfits, got her hair and make up done, and got them all to the session early. Safe to say she is #momgoals! This little boy is already blessed with two fantastic, loving parents. Needless to say, I am so excited to meet their son at their next session!
