Courtney and Matt | A Rustic Baltimore Wedding

Normally, I take the day after weddings off and you all can expect to see Saturday’s wedding on the blog on Tuesday…but NOT THIS TIME! I got so excited about Courtney and Matt’s wedding yesterday that I just couldn’t stay away from my computer today. Plus, with cherry blossoms in full bloom, I don’t have time for days off this week! I’m not sure I’ll ever post a blog the day after a wedding again, but I think it was worth it for this one. Courtney and Matt tied the knot at Hiss United Methodist Church and partied the night away with their friends and family afterward. Their reception was complete with a cupcake tower and one of the more legit cake smashes I’ve ever seen!

I met these two years ago when I did their engagement session, and I am so thankful they asked me to help them remember their special day. They were engaged for over 5 years so it’s about time they became husband and wife! You could tell Courtney’s girls were so happy for her and loved celebrating with her. Matt’s guys were a hoot and had me laughing the entire day! I am always so thankful for servant-oriented and fun bridal parties!

Courtney and Matt, thank you so much for allowing me to serve you yesterday as you became Mr. and Mrs. Tonelson! You are a beautiful couple inside and out and I hope you always remember the joy you felt yesterday. It’s obvious how happy you were in the photos! Marriage isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it. You both are so ready for this adventure! Y’all are absolute cuties and I just love you both. Enjoy your first few months as husband and wife before your honeymoon this summer! Hopefully these photos can help you relive and remember what an awesome blur yesterday was!

Also, raise your hand if you think Courtney could audition for the next season of Game of Thrones as a warrior princess! I mean…WOW.

Cheers to this wonderful vendor team!
